This post was especially hard for me to write. Not because it's a very complex topic, but because it's about something that really matters to me. A matter of the heart that I would love to share with everyone in the hope that you will be as inspired as I am and start supporting with me our closest relatives - the chimpanzees. That's why it took some time to write about the unforgettable week at Ngamba Island in Uganda , where I lived and worked as a volunteer among the staff members and 50 orphaned chimpanzees a few weeks ago.
